Terms of Service

As-is service
FORGE.inspect is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scan results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Audit scores are deterministic signals, not professional design advice.
Acceptable use
You may only scan URLs that you own or have permission to audit. You must not use the service to scan sites at volume in a way that constitutes abuse or that burdens third-party infrastructure.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Pricing
The Pro plan is £9 per month. You are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused scans. If you cancel mid-period, access remains active until the period ends.
Plan limits
Free accounts receive 5 scans per month and may save up to 5 scan reports. Pro accounts receive 50 scans per month and unlimited saved scan history. Unused scans do not roll over.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Magic links are single-use and expire. Do not share your sign-in links.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time via the account page or by contacting us.
Operator
FORGE.inspect is operated by Forge Labs, the trading name of Talia Przybyszewski. Registered in England and Wales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
